Full Guide

How to use each part of ToolArc

Dashboard

Use it to browse categories, jump to popular tools, review saved exports, and reach help faster.

All Tools page

Search by keyword, filter by category, and open any tool in the workspace without leaving the page, including the File Editor section.

Tool workspace

The workspace shows instructions, upload controls, buttons, previews, and download actions for the selected tool.

Ask ToolArc bot

Use the AI helper in the upper-left area to ask what a tool does or which tool best fits your task.

Previous files

Files you export are stored locally in the browser so you can download them again from the dashboard library.

Ads and AI features

Ad areas are built into the interface, and some writing tools can use AI when a local configuration is available.

Privacy & Policy

How ToolArc handles files, data, and usage

Files stay in your browser

Most ToolArc tools process files locally in the browser, so your uploads normally stay on your device instead of being sent to a server.

Saved exports are local

Previous files are stored in your browser storage only, which means they stay tied to that browser on that device.

AI tools may use external services

If an AI feature is enabled with a configured provider, the text you submit to that tool may be sent to that provider to generate a response.

Ad and analytics behavior

Advertisement areas may use third-party ad services when configured by the site owner, and those services can apply their own policies.

User responsibility

Please review generated files, summaries, AI outputs, and conversions before using them for important work.

Contact for policy concerns

Troubleshooting

What to do if a tool has a problem

Refresh the page

Reload ToolArc once if a preview, export, or tool panel seems stuck.

Try a supported browser

Chromium-based browsers usually work best for speech, OCR, and advanced file features.

Check file type and size

Some tools depend on the correct file format, readable images, or browser memory limits.
